Thank you for shopping with LBN Customs. Because we specialize in custom embroidery, laser engraving, and CNC-crafted products, each item is made to order. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are custom-made.
Processing time (production time):

Standard custom orders: 3–7 business days

Large, bulk, or complex CNC orders: 5–14 business days

Design proof orders: Production begins after proof approval
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package size and weight

Shipping destination

Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times after production:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because your order is custom-produced:

Shipping speed does not reduce production time.

Expedited shipping only affects transit time after your item has been completed.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen items marked as “Delivered.”
If your package is lost in transit:

Please contact the shipping carrier first.

Then contact us so we can assist in filing a claim if applicable.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Include your order number
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
9. Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If you offer local pickup:
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
