Thank you for shopping with LBN Customs. Because we specialize in custom embroidery, laser engraving, and CNC-crafted products, each item is made specifically for you. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
All embroidery, laser engraving, and CNC customization products are made to order based on the design, text, dimensions, and specifications you provide.
Due to the personalized nature of these items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products.

We do not offer refunds for errors in customer-provided information (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong file uploads, incorrect sizing selections).

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all customization details before completing checkout.
If a design proof is provided, approval confirms that all details are correct.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping
-
Defective
-
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will:

Remake and replace the item at no additional cost, or
-
Issue a refund at our discretion.
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Custom (Blank) Products
If we offer non-custom, non-personalized items:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
6. Color & Material Variations
Please note:

Thread colors, engraving tones, and wood grain may vary slightly due to monitor differences and natural material characteristics.

Minor variations are not considered defects.
7. Digital Files & Custom Design Services
If we provide custom design mockups, vector conversions, or digital files:

All sales are final.
-
No refunds will be issued once digital work has been delivered.
