Yes! We offer custom embroidery, laser engraving and CNC projects. You can customize many products directly on the product page or contact us if you have a special request or idea.
Do I need to have a design ready?
Not at all. If you don't have a design, you can:
- Provide text you'd like added
- Share an idea or inspiration
- Let LBN Customs help choose a layout or style

How do I place a custom order?
- Choose a product from our shop
- Fill out the customization form on the product page
- Upload your design (if applicable)

What file types do you accept?
Embroidery: DST, JPG, PDF
Laser Engraving: TBD
CNC: SVG, PDF
Vector files are preferred for CNC projects. High-quality files produce the best results.
Can I see a proof before production?
Proofs may be provided when necessary. Once customization details are confirmed, production will begin. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be made. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update.
Turnaround & Shipping
How long does it take to complete my order?
Most customized orders are completed within 7-14 business days. Larger or more detailed projects may take longer.
If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on workload and project type. Additional fees may apply. Contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship orders directly to you. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Local pickup may be available upon request.
Returns, Refunds & Policies
Can custom items be returned or exchanged?
Because all custom items are made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact LBN Customs within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Who is responsible for spelling errors?
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details. LBN Customs is not responsible for spelling errors entered by customers.
Care & Quality
How do I care for embroidered items?
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Do not iron directly on embroidery
Will colors look exactly the same?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and finishes. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible.
