How Custom Orders Work

We keep the process simple:

  1. Submit Your Request

Choose a custom product or contact us with:

  • What you're looking to create
  • Size, material, or color preferences
  • Quantity needed

2. Upload Your Design (If You Have One)

You can upload a file directly on the product page or send it after placing your order.

Accepted file types:

  • Embroidery: DST (preferred) PNG, JPG, PDF
  • Custom Engraving:
  • CNC: SVG, PDF

Don't have a file? No problem- we can work from a description or simple sketch.

3. Review & Production

Once we confirm the details, your order goes into production. Every item is made to order with care and attention to detail.

4. Shipping or Pickup

Your completed order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Local pickup options may be available- just ask!

Turnaround Time

Because custom items are made to order, production times may vary.

  • Standard custom orders: typically, 7-14 business days
  • Larger or more detailed projects may take longer

If you need something by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order.

Please review before ordering:

  • All custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We are not responsible for spelling errors entered by the customer- please double check all details
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and materials
  • We reserve the right to refuse designs that are inappropriate or copyrighted without permission
